- The Procurement Team is dedicated to acquiring HUB vendors and Subcontractors participation in all procurement processes for goods and services.
- To create awareness of the HUB Outreach Program throughout the department.
- To increase knowledge of HUB Subcontractors opportunities.
- To ensure an equal opportunity for all HUB’s to compete and successfully receive awards for goods and services.
- To increase the number of awards to HUB vendors.
- To enhance awareness of TDHCA’s commitment to HUB participation through outreach programs and vendor training.
- To actively participate in HUB Expositions and Forums.
- To encourage and assist potential HUB vendors to be certified by the State Comptroller of Public Accounts, Texas Procurement and Support Services (TPASS).
