2010-2011 Biennial Plan

Pursuant to Texas Government Code, §2306.1096-98, the Council was required to submit the 2010-2011 Biennial Plan to the governor and Legislative Budget Board not later than September 1, 2010. The biennial plan provides the Council’s findings and recommendations.
