Housing Preservation Clearinghouse
For developers, nonprofits,
consultants and lending institutions. The Multifamily Preservation
Clearinghouse is a venue for those interested in the preservation
of affordable multifamily properties in Texas. Post or view lists
of potential buyers, properties for sale, financial institutions
and other organizations, as well as notices of opt-outs and prepayments.
Community Affairs Contract System
Allows subrecipients of Community Services and Energy Assistance programs to sign and view their contracts and submit performance and financial reports through the Web.
Compliance Monitoring & Reporting
Participating property owners may update property data including unit
and household information required by the unit status report. Once
all information is entered the property owner may submit the USR information.
TDHCA Housing Contract System
Setup HOME, Housing Trust Fund, and CDBG Disaster Recovery contract activities and budgets, submit requests for draws, and check the status of any recently submitted transaction.
Loan Reservation System
1) allows organizations that have been certified as a Contract Administrator (CA) to enter a setup and reserve funds for a borrower to participate in the 2010-2011 Homebuyer Assistance Program, and 2) allows Colonia Self-Help Centers and nonprofit organizations that have been certified as a Nonprofit Owner-Builder Housing Provider (NOHP) to reserve funds for an Owner-Builder applicant to participate in the 2010-2011 Texas Bootstrap Loan Program.
