TDHCA encourages every lender to learn how to assist their borrower with the TDHCA My First Texas Home and/or the TDHCA Texas Mortgage Credit Certificate Program (MCC). Many training options are available to make learning about these programs a simple and easy process for the lenders.
Training is available for the My First Texas Home (TMP 79) and Texas Mortgage Credit Certificate programs through our Program Administrator/Compliance Agent, eHousingPlus. Learn about training options available through eHousingPlus (www.ehousingplus.com). Select the "Training" tab at the top right of page.
. Select "Training." Please note that ONLY those lenders that are approved for the program and have participated in training can provide assistance through this program to qualifying borrowers and be listed on the TDHCA Lender Locator. To see if your lending institution is approved to offer the program, please go to the eHousingPlus website and choose "Participating Lenders" for a complete list.
Visit eHousingPlus’ website to find program guidelines, forms and training materials available to assist qualifying borrowers with TDHCA’s My First Texas Home.
