Lender Training:
TDHCA encourages every lender to learn how to assist their borrower with the TDHCA My First Texas Home and/or the TDHCA Texas Mortgage Credit Certificate Program (MCC). Many training options are available to make learning about these programs a simple and easy process for the lenders.
Training for TDHCA My First Texas Home
Training is available for this program through our Program Administrator/Compliance Agent, eHousingPlus. Learn about current training options available through eHousingPlus (www.ehousing.cc/tdhca-training.htm). Please note that ONLY those lenders that are approved for the program and have participated in training can provide assistance through this program to qualifying borrowers and be listed on the TDHCA Lender Locator. To see if your lending institution is approved to offer the program, please go to the eHousingPlus website and choose "Blackboard" for a complete list.

Training for TDHCA Texas Mortgage Credit Certificate Program (MCC)
The TDHCA Texas Mortgage Credit Certificate Program (MCC) is administered in-house by TDHCA. Training is available for this program via a web-based conference call (Webinar) or if needed live/in-person training can be provided.
