A draft copy of the Plan will not be available at the hearing. The comment received will help formulate the draft Plan to be presented at TDHCA?s September 4, 2014, Governing Board meeting, which will be followed by a 30-day public comment period and additional hearings to be announced in September.Anyone may submit comments on development of the Plan?s Housing Needs Assessment and Market Analysis in written form or oral testimony at the July 23, 2014, public hearing. The hearing is regarding an issue of tax-exempt multifamily residential rental development revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $4,500,000 and taxable bonds, if necessary, in an amount to be determined, to be issued in one or more series (the ?Bonds?), by the Issuer. The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to Cheyenne TAP 2016, LLC, a Texas limited liability company, or a related person or affiliate thereof (the ?Borrower?) to finance a portion of the costs of acquiring and rehabilitating a multifamily housing development. The housing development is described as follows: an approximately 60-unit multifamily housing development located at 147 Cheyenne Avenue, San Antonio, Texas 78207 (the ?Development?). Upon the issuance of the Bonds, the Development will be owned by the Borrower.
