2405 Robert Dedman Drive Austin, TX The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the "Department") will host two Roundtables on September 30, 2014, in Room 3.102 of the Thompson Center, 2405 Robert Dedman Drive, Austin, located on the southwest corner of Dean Keeton and Red River. The morning session from 8:30 am to noon will focus on the Section 811 PRA Program. Participants are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes ahead of time at 8:00 am. The Department will provide information and solicit input about Section 811 PRA Program design and requirements. Please visit the Section 811 PRA website to view information about the program and to review documents that will be discussed at the meeting. For parties intending to apply for the 2015 QAP it is strongly encouraged that you attend if you are proposing a development in one of the following MSAs: Austin-Rock Rock-San Marcos MSA; Brownsville-Harlingen MSA; Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington MSA; El Paso MSA; Houston-Sugarland-Baytown MSA; McAllen-Edinburg-Mission MSA; San Antonio-New Braunfels MSA. The afternoon session will be from 1:00pm to 5:00pm and will focus on the 2015 Draft Qualified Allocation Plan and 2015 Draft Uniform Multifamily Rules which will be posted in the Texas Register on September 19, 2015.
