The course is taught by the compliance staff at the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. The program is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with lunch provided from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Certificates will not be given to attendees who arrive after 9:00 a.m. This program is not approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for MCE credits. For a sleeping room the night before the seminar, please call the Wyndham El Paso Airport at 915/778-4241 and ask for the special TAA rate. Cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee.
