02/19/2018 TDHCA will hold a 30-day public comment period from Friday, January 19, 2018, through 5:00 p.m. Austin local time on Monday, February 19, 2018, to obtain public comment on a draft substantial amendment of the 2015-2019 State of Texas Consolidated Plan (Plan). The purpose of this draft substantial amendment to the Plan is to add two new goals and activities for the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program (HOPWA) program.Written comments may be submitted to Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Housing Resource Center, P.O.
