The donations must be used to provide grants to counties and municipalities to combat homelessness. House Bill 4102 also requires TDHCA to adopt rules governing the Fund. The hearing is regarding an issue of tax-exempt multifamily residential rental development revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $13,000,000 and taxable bonds, if necessary, in an amount to be determined, to be issued in one or more series (the "Bonds"), by the Issuer. The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to The Preserve at Hunters Crossing, L.P., a Texas limited partnership, or a related person or affiliate thereof (the "Borrower"), to finance the costs of acquiring and constructing a multifamily housing development. The housing development is described as follows: an approximately 140-unit multifamily housing development to be located at 210 Hunters Crossing Blvd., Bastrop, Bastrop County, Texas 78602 (the "Development"). Upon the issuance of the Bonds, the Development will be owned by the Borrower.
