The purpose of the roundtable is to discuss and garner feedback related to the set-asides, interest rate, funding levels and other details as the 2019 NOFA is being drafted. An outline of the proposed NOFA will be posted prior to the roundtable on the Multifamily Announcements webpage http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/announcements.htm. The NOFA will be presented to the TDHCA Governing Board for approval at the December 6, 2018, meeting. 11/15/2018 The public comment period will be open from Monday, October 15, 2018, through Thursday, November 15, 2018. The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA), and Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) prepared the draft 2019 State of Texas Consolidated Plan: One-Year Action Plan (Plan) in accordance with 24 CFR 91.320. TDHCA coordinates the preparation of the State of Texas Consolidated Plan documents. The Plan covers the State's Administration of the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) by TDA, the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS Program (HOPWA) by DSHS, the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program, the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, and the National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) Program by TDHCA. The Plan reflects the intended uses of funds received by the State of Texas from HUD for Program Year 2019. The Program Year begins on February 1, 2019, and ends on January 31, 2020.

The meeting will take place at the Capitol Extension Room E2.026 in Austin.The agenda for this meeting will include discussing proposed topics for the 2020 QAP Roundtables, and the timeline and format for those meetings. TDHCA staff will propose a list of topics and welcomes stakeholder input. The hearing is regarding an issue of tax-exempt multifamily residential rental development revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $10,100,000 and taxable bonds, if necessary, in an amount to be determined, to be issued in one or more series (the "Bonds"), by the Issuer. The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to TCD MCM, LP, a Texas limited partnership, or a related person or affiliate thereof (the "Borrower"), to finance the costs of acquiring and rehabilitating an approximately 100-unit affordable, multifamily housing development known as McMullen Square Apartments that is located at 537 N. General McMullen Drive, San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas 78228 (the "Development"). Upon the issuance of the Bonds, the Development will be owned by the Borrower.
