Primarily, the hearing solicits comments on the proposed use and distribution of FFY 2013 funds provided under LIHEAP.Anyone may submit comments on the draft plan in written form or oral testimony at the public hearing. TDHCA must receive written comments no later than 5:00 p.m., Sunday, July 15, 2012.
