The PRA Demo program is designed to subsidize rental housing with the availability of supportive services for very low-income households with at least one adult member with a physical, developmental, mental, or emotional impairment. Help us decide which populations to target, within the guidelines of the Notice of Funding Availability; and Determine how to: Ensure the program provides choices in community based living located near appropriate amenities and services; Conduct effective coordination between local communities and state agencies; and Conduct effective outreach and referral process for future units. Primarily, the hearing solicits comments on the proposed use and distribution of FFY 2013 funds provided under LIHEAP.Anyone may submit comments on the draft plan in written form or oral testimony at the public hearing. TDHCA must receive written comments no later than 5:00 p.m., Sunday, July 15, 2012.
