10/06/2020 The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) and the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) are presenting an Income Determination Training online event. The program focuses on eligibility requirements of TDHCA's various affordable housing programs. All affordable housing property owners and managers and all MFDL program contract administrators are invited to register. The course is taught by the compliance staff at TDHCA and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income and more. You must register with TAA. Access instructions and seminar materials will be emailed to each registrant no later than the day before the online seminar. The program is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Austin local time, and will include time for breaks and lunch just as if you were at an in-person seminar.
