All affordable housing property owners and managers, and all MFDL program contract administrators are invited to attend. The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and covers topics such as income, assets, student status, documenting household income, and more.At the training you will:- Focus on eligibility requirements of various TDHCA affordable housing programs- Learn about calculating income, calculating assets and adjusted income- Get answers to your questions about eligibilityYou must register with TAA.
