It reviews TDHCA's housing programs, current and future policies, resource allocation plans to meet state housing needs, and reports on performance during the preceding state fiscal year (September 1, 2018, through August 31, 2019). Written comments may be submitted to Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, Elizabeth Yevich, P.O. Box 13941, Austin, Texas 78711-3941, by email to the following address: info@tdhca.state.tx.us, or by fax to (512) 475-0070. The program will include everything you need to know about the Multifamily Direct Loan Programs, including HOME, National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF), Tax Credit Assistance Program Repayment Funds (TCAP RF), and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The course is taught by TDHCA compliance staff and will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Austin local time, at the Norris Conference Center-Austin, 2525 West Anderson Lane, Austin, TX 78757. Please note that certificates will NOT be given to attendees who arrive after 9:30 a.m. The program is not approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission for MCE credits.
