3624 Scott Street Houston, TX Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the ?Issuer?) at the Smith Neighborhood Library, 3624 Scott Street, Houston, Texas 77004 at 12:00 p.m. on April 13, 2016. The hearing is regarding an issue of tax-exempt multifamily residential rental development revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $4,800,000 and taxable bonds, if necessary, in an amount to be determined, to be issued in one or more series (the ?Bonds?), by the Issuer. The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to Sunrise Orchard, LP, a Texas limited partnership, or a related person or affiliate thereof (the ?Borrower?), to finance a portion of the costs of acquiring and constructing a multifamily housing development. The housing development is described as follows: an approximately 52-unit multifamily housing development to be located at 5300 Sunrise Road, Houston, Harris County, Texas 77021 (the ?Development?). Upon the issuance of the Bonds, the Development will be owned by the Borrower.
