Proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to Palladium East Berry, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership or an affiliate thereof (collectively, the "Borrower") to finance an affordable multifamily housing development to be known as Palladium East Berry Street (the "Development") that will be located at or near 2350 East Berry Street, Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas 76105.
