The meeting will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Austin local time, in Room 170 of the Stephen F. Austin building at 1700 N. Congress. The agenda for this meeting will include discussing the Opportunity Index, as expressed in the State's QAP and Uniform Multifamily Rules, especially as stated in 10 TAC Chapter 11.9(c)(4). TDHCA welcomes stakeholder input on how we may best address Opportunity in the allocation of Low Income Housing Tax Credits.
