Housing Tax Credits Email List by Zip Code
The State Legislature passed Senate Bill 1908 during the 80th Legislative Session. The Bill directs TDHCA to maintain an electronic mail notification service to which any person may electronically subscribe by postal zip code. Subscribers will receive information concerning the submission and status of pre-applications and applications for housing tax credits proposed to be located in a specific postal zip code.
