New Toll Free Number for Consumer Protection

The new Consumer Protection toll free number has been activated. This number may be used to answer any questions regarding enforcement, licensing or consumer protection for the Manufactured Housing Division. Any alleged violations of Section 1201 of the Texas Occupations Code or Title 10, Section 80 of the Texas Administrative Code may be reported through this number.
