Tax lien releases no longer being returned

To reduce handling time and postage, tax lien releases submitted for recordation will no longer be mailed back to you after being recorded.

All tax lien releases will be scanned and maintained on file. In a few months a new database will be implemented and these scanned images will be available on our Web site for your convenience. In the interim, feel free to email us at taxlien@tdhca.state.tx.us, should you need copies mailed or emailed. We look forward to the next opportunity to serve you.
