Loan Reservation System
Overview
The Loan Reservation System 1) allows organizations that have been certified as a Contract Administrator (CA) to enter a setup and reserve funds for a borrower to participate in the 2010-2011 Homebuyer Assistance Program, and 2) allows Colonia Self-Help Centers and nonprofit organizations that have been certified as a Nonprofit Owner-Builder Housing Provider (NOHP) to reserve funds for an Owner-Builder applicant to participate in the 2010-2011 Texas Bootstrap Loan Program.

Obtaining a User ID
In order to receive a Loan Reservation System user id and password from the Department, complete and sign the corresponding Loan Reservation System Access Request Form below and fax it to Raul Gonzales at (512) 475-2365, or you may mail the completed and signed form to the address at the top of this page.
