H.R. 3221 Implementation Work Group
On July 30, 2008, the President signed into law the housing stimulus bill, the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, HR 3221. While the provisions of the bill are far-reaching and impact the Department in a variety of ways, there are specific provisions that relate directly to the Housing Tax Credit Program and warrant prompt implementation. The Department is hosting a Work Group to gather input on the options for implementing those components of the bill.
