Overview
The Homebuyer Assistance (HBA) program funds Units of General Local Governments, Public Housing Authorities, and nonprofits wishing to provide:
- Down payment and closing cost assistance for homebuyers; or
- Rehabilitation for accessibility modifications of single family housing units.
