Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the “Issuer”) at the Milam Elementary School, 2030 Proctor Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051 at 6:30 p.m. on October 22, 2015. The hearing is regarding an issue of tax-exempt multifamily residential rental development revenue bonds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $24,000,000 and taxable bonds, if necessary, in an amount to be determined, to be issued in one or more series (the “Bonds”), by the Issuer. The proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to Dalcor Williamsburg, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, or a related person or affiliate thereof (the “Borrower”) to finance a portion of the costs of acquiring and rehabilitating a multifamily housing development. The housing development is described as follows: an approximately 418-unit multifamily housing development located at 2421 South Carrier Parkway, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051 (the “Development”). Upon the issuance of the Bonds, the Development will be owned by the Borrower.All interested parties are invited to attend such public hearing to express their views with respect to the Development and the issuance of the Bonds.
