Community Services Funding Sources & Background
The Community Services Section administers homeless and poverty-related funds through a network of community action agencies and other community based organizations. As a part of the Community Affairs Division, our mission is to improve living conditions for poor and homeless persons.
The Community Services Section administers programs funded by:
