Submitting NOFA/Application Questions

Application questions may only be submitted electronically in writing by completing the 2013 ESG Application Questions form. Answers will be provided in the order in which they are received. Please do not submit the same questions twice. No phone inquiries will be accepted. The deadline to submit questions related to the content of the NOFA and Application is Tuesday March 20, 2013 by 5:00 p.m. Central Time. Questions related to the content of the NOFA and Application submitted after this deadline will not be answered.
