  • Texas Interagency Council for the Homeless (TICH) - TDHCA continues to be the lead agency in TICH, a coalition of Texas agencies working to develop a strategic plan to address the needs of the homeless.
  • The Texas Homeless Network (THN) is a statewide nonprofit membership organization that provides information services on homeless issues to direct service providers and individual members all across the state of Texas. THN has concentrated its efforts on coalition building and offers training to develop and increase the effectiveness of local homeless coalitions.   • National Coalition for the Homeless – NCH’s mission is to end homelessness.
